We will always design, construct and operate a facility to meet investment-grade quality so that owners can enjoy exemplary returns on their valued investment(s) at the same time as the physical environment that we have created for them. 4. We shall always mandate that our accounting is audited and fully transparent to shareholders, owners and government with ALL incomes and expenses reported to all with a vested interest, to ensure an impeccable record of fairness in all our financial dealings. All owners will receive an equal share of rental income per unit irrelevant to who they are or how many units they may happen to own. 5. We shall be ever vigilant to maintain a Five Star ***** exemplary service to our guests and owners with a simple attitude, “You may not be important before you got here, and you may not be important when you leave, but while you are here, YOU ARE MOST IMPORTANT!” 6. Our level of service will always be maintained through our exceptional front-line employees that will always be rewarded with the utmost fashion of fairness as well as being the highest paid in the local market as a result of their profit sharing in our facility. Our success will be their success, that will be our success. 7. We shall always be on the leading edge of technology throughout our entire project whether that be sewage treatment, entertainment, computers, communications or customer services available on site at any hour. 8. We shall always have a strong presence in our local business community and be prepared to lead by example in improving all standards that affect the community at large that we live in. Our employees will be encouraged into community service as part of our daily presence and reputation. Community clean up and charitable causes within our community will be gifted 2% of our revenues. 9. We commit to accurately collecting, reporting and paying all taxes as mandated by all levels of government. Any employee acting contrary to this mandate will immediately face dismissal. 10.
