To the north are the towns of Uvita and Playa Dominical. Marino Ballena National Park with its famous Whale’s Tail reef formation is within a few minutes’ drive. A variety of eco-tour adventures are offered nearby.
Costa Azul contains 71 residential sites, of which all have ocean views. All lots have planteles or pads already leveled, ready for building. The lots range in size from 5,000 square meters to 50,000 square meters. The largest lot is near a river that can be heard year-around. Public and private roads wind through scenic pastures and jungle-covered hills. Each lot will have electricity and water service provided.
Residents in the Costa Azul community will have use of an eight-acre common area, with hiking trails leading to several streams and waterfalls. Profusions of flowering plants and trees provide habitat for native birds and mammals.
